2 Night Minimum (3 Nights on Holiday Weekends)

6% State Room Tax will be added to below rates.

Rates INCLUDE Basic Cleaning Fee, Linens, Towels, Paper Towels Toilet Paper, Dish Detergent & Trash Bags.

Half (1/2) of the Total Reservation Amount plus the $50 Damage Deposit Insurance & $25 Reservation Fee is due when reservation form is submitted. Final Half is due 14 days prior to arrival date.

High Season (March 1st till September 30th)

$350.00 Per Night on Weekdays (Sunday thru Thursday)

$400.00 Per Night on Weekends (Friday/Saturday/Holidays)

$2,350.00 Per Week ( 7 Nights)

16th till September 30th, 2008--- Discounted Rates are $350.00 Per Night on Friday/Saturday/Holidays & $300 Per Night on Sunday thru Thursday Nights.
That is $50.00 OFF Per Night from the Normal Rates!!**

Low Season (October 1st thru February 28th)

$225.00 Per Night on Weekdays (Sunday thru Thursday)

$275.00 Per Night on Weekends (Friday/Saturday/Holidays)

INTERNET ACCESS: We have High Speed Internet Cards available for guests use at the cost of $10.00 Per Day.  (Laptop/Computer NOT Included).
